Because users of the Triffic App primarily earn GPS Tokens by watching paid video messages, we will use 50% of our monthly advertising revenues to purchase GPS Tokens on the open market which will then be distributed to existing GPS Token holders. Over time, we also plan to decrease the total number of GPS Tokens by burning 15% of each monthly purchase. We call this model 'Buyback and Burn'.
The following charts represent a hypothetical monthly video advertising revenue of US$1,000,000 - of which, a bounty of $425,000 worth of GPS Tokens, which are to be distributed to existing holders based on the proportion of GPS Tokens they hold in their wallet. Note that the total number of distributed GPS Tokens will rise or fall each month, based on a variety of factors such as number of users, individual user holdings and unlocked Proof-of-Effort tokens.
For ease of explanation, we are going to pretend that there are just seven wallet holders that make up the Triffic user base, although obviously, the bonus distribution will include every user that contains a GPS Token balance of more than zero.
